100 Days Reading Challenge #Day 8 #Norwegain Wood Volume I

To be honest, I do not completely understand the characters’ thoughts. I do not understand some of the feelings the characters have, so maybe that’s why. I might have a different feeling if I come back to read this book years later.

While I was reading the book, I thought to myself that “Japanese were really open back then.” What the characters do is honestly a surprise for me. There’s nothing wrong with that, though.

I also think about why people choose to suicide. I also want to visit the place that Naoka lives. It is a really cool place and I wish I could live there.

Lots of characters do not have friends, but they do not really care about making friends either. This aspect of them is really similar to my style and I really resonate with the reason they choose to do that.
